Hello, Greater Philadelphia Chapter Members!
 Spring has arrived, although on a few days the weather felt like summer. Flowers are blooming and the grass is growing—so take a hint from nature and have your Facility knowledge bloom and grow with IFMA. Get involved in your Chapter and see how much of a difference you can make. As I was once told,
"You can sit on the sidelines waiting for change or get involved and make change happen. It is up to you!”
Hard to believe that I am in the last Quarter of my role as Chapter President and want to thank everyone for their support during my time… as the months have gone by so quickly. All of the volunteers behind the scene made this yet another successful year for the Greater Philadelphia Chapter.

Morris Arboretum Garden Tour and LEED Platinum Horticulture Building Tour – Held on Thursday, April 26, 2012, was a total success and feedback was extremely positive. - There were a total of 41 members touring the buildings. It proved educational and seemed to be the right venue and size for the number of attendees. The social was intimate and the food was very good. All in all, this event was very successful for the IFMA Chapter this year. Proceeds from the event were donated to the Arboretum.
