New InSite Advertising Rates
The Philadelphia Chapter of IFMA’s newsletter InSite has been honored with the Association’s Award of Excellence in Chapter Newsletter Publishing on many occasions. That is wonderful confirmation that our talented and dedicated editorial staff continues to create an informative and relevant newsletter about local programs, people and events related to the field of facility management in Philadelphia. The editorial content is geared directly to facility management professionals in the greater Philadelphia Region.
Why Advertise in InSite?
Advertising in InSite allows you to get your name and company in front of an exclusive group of Facility Management Professionals.
Target Audience.Your message goes directly to all IFMA members in the Philadelphia Region
Captive Audience. There will only be the equivalent of 2 pages of ads per issue limiting the number of competitive advertising
Members read InSite. The feedback we are receiving from IFMA members is that they are reading InSite. They like the content, the look and the timely information. Your advertisement will be seen and read.
How to advertise in InSite:
Select the ad size/type. There are three sizes of advertising:
1/8-page Ad -- approximately the size of a business card
1/4-page Ad -- approximately two business cards or one fourth of a page
one (1) 1/2-page Ad -- on the bottom half of the back page
Select frequency of ad appearance either three (3) or six (6) consecutive ads. In order for us to keep our strict publishing time schedule we need to keep the process of adding copy and ads simple. Therefore we are offering the opportunity to run your ad either three or six times.

Camera-ready artwork (hardcopy/electronic file). The advertisement may be in color and must be ready for the publishing house to print, preferably an electronic file such as .ai (Adobe Illustrator) or .jpg (camera-ready picture) at highest resolution possible. The editorial staff has the right to refuse to publish any inappropriate materials.

Complete this form and send with payment and copy. InSite is published approximately the 25th of every other month starting in January (March, May etc.). Payment and copy must be received no later then the 10th of the publishing month. Materials and money received after this date will be put into a later issue. Make your check payable to Philadelphia Chapter of IFMA and send along with the advertising copy.

Limited Advertising Space. We are limiting advertising in InSite to a maximum of two pages. So advertising is on a first-come-first-serve basis. You may send the form back indicating your interest but we must have your ad copy and check in order to process.
